Realisor: Getting Started Videos

Here you will find a series of inductory videos created to help you get started with using Realisor.
Note that on the videos there is now a 'Details' window hidden on the far right of the screen rather than the icons that appear on the map to get to see summary data on the map.
We're re-recording the videos at the moment to bring up to date

Video 1 - Objectives and Outcomes

The first video is to to help you get started in using Realisor to a high standard and also that you enjoy using it too.  This first video will be covering a number of things including the creation of some outcomes and also some objectives.  To help you get clarity on what they are when you are engaging in a piece of work or trying to describe something and engage with people.

Video 2 - Extra Nodes & Data

In this video we will be adding to the model that you have already created with some extra nodes and also we will be looking at how to put data behind the model so that we can actually document it and get some extra clarity.

Video 3 - Measures & Contributions

This video covers the creation of measures on the outcomes and how the weightings and contributions affect the flow of value in Realisor.

Video 4 - Capabilities & Projects

This video is a really important video, because what we are going to do is to cover the additional nodes required for a full model.

Video 5 - Resources & Costs

This video shows you how to create resources in Realisor and add them to the programme nodes (project, process, function, component).

Video 6 - Time & Phasing

This video takes a look at the time and phasing aspect of the Realisor model.

Video 7 - Optimise & Report

This video shows you how to set up options and compare them, to help you make a choice about which programmes and investments are most attractive in terms of cost and benefit.

Video 8 - Optimise Data on the Map

This video continues on from video 7, showing you how to display information and values on the map.

Video 9 - Monitoring Costs & Benefits

This video demonstrates through life realisation, showing how to capture measure and resource data and use this to realise greater benefits/maintain control of delivery.
