Views

Realisor has the functionality to enable you to select certain views of the map rather than viewing an entire map at once. Views are an easy to use and versatile tool that allows you to dynamically change the view of the front of the map, pick out important nodes for certain users or simply want to work on a certain portion of the map without the visual clutter of other nodes. Once you have created a view, you can select which nodes you wish to remain visible in the view and arrange them as required.

Creating a view is done in the left hand side toolbar. Click the green plus symbol under views to create a new view. You are able to edit the name of this view by clicking in the box and typing a new name for the view.

You are able to switch between views by selecting which view you want to use in the sidebar. ‘Use Main View’ takes you back to the default view – the main map.
If you no longer have use for a particular view, the view can be removed. To do this, simply select the view from the left hand side bar and click the red minus button.

Once you have selected the view you wish to use by clicking on it in the left hand sidebar, you are able to toggle the visibility of the nodes on the map to determine which nodes are visible within that view. Right clicking the node and selecting ‘Hidden Node’ hides the node and any links from this node in that view.

If you have hidden a node in error within a View (using the right click option 'Hidden Node'), you are able to toggle the visibility back on. This is done through using the ‘Show Ghosts’ button within the ‘Map View’ tab. Clicking on the ‘Show Ghosts’ button reveals a ‘faded’ version of the hidden nodes.
This enables you to distinguish which nodes are hidden within the view and enables you to toggle the visibility back on if required.

You are able to change the position of any of the visible nodes within the view but any changes made using the 'AutoLayout' functionality will be visible across all of the views.
